Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with the products you order from us, however we appreciate that sometimes you might wish to return an item you’ve bought. We accept any item back for a refund (subject to the exceptions below) within 14 days of you receiving your order as well as accepting returns of faulty, damaged and incorrectly supplied items.


You can return any item (except a few exceptions that are mentioned listed below) for a full refund of the product price, for 14 days after receiving your goods.

Items you return must by in saleable condition and should be returned with the original packaging wherever possible. We reserve the right not to accept returns for items that are not in a saleable condition when returned.

Full refund of the purchase price will be made within 14 days to the original card or account you used. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items and for your own protection we would recommend getting a proof of posting.

We cannot accept returns of jewellery and underwear for hygiene reasons and CDs, DVDs, vinyl records and other music and video products must still be in their original sealed shrinkwrap.

To return an item for a refund send it back to us along with the special returns form that you can download here. The address to use is on the downloadable form.

Christmas Orders: We extend the 14 day returns in December so that any item delivered in December can be returned until 15th January for a refund.


For damaged and faulty products as well as incorrectly supplied items, please email our Customer Services team, and they will help you with your refund. Please do not return faulty, damaged and incorrectly supplied items without contacting us first, as we have dedicated ways of handling these kinds of returns.
